Payment of Fees

All charges are due the day of service and are payable by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. We require a card on file in order to hold an initial appointment spot. Please call to inquire about rates.

Medical Insurance

Via Clinic accepts payment from Evernorth (Cigna Behavioral). Please call to inquire for more information on which providers are in-network. For care received from out-of-network(OON) providers, we are happy to provide patients with documents required to obtain reimbursement from their insurance carriers. In this case, it is the patient’s responsibility to contact their carrier regarding out-of-network mental health benefits, prior authorization for appointments, and any limits on the number of appointments authorized. Patients should also be aware of their deductible and whether it has been met.
*Please note that we have opted out of Medicare. Beneficiaries will be asked to sign an agreement that they will not submit claims to Medicare.

Missed Appointments & Cancellations

If a patient misses an appointment, or cancels within 48 hours of their appointment, they will still be charged the full fee for their appointment. Please be aware that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments.
