About Us

Via Clinic is a psychiatric mental health practice under the thoughtful directorship of Joseph Andrews, MD. We seek to be a leader in hybrid mental healthcare, offering both the healing touch of in-person experience, as well as the flexibility of telemedicine. At our practice you will find empathic, well educated and trained clinicians who are passionate about mental healthcare. Locally owned and operated, not investor funded, we put our patients’ best interests first.

Methodology

Our mission is to facilitate healing through the creation and nourishment of quality therapeutic relationships. At Via Clinic, all new patients receive a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. We believe it’s imperative to understand the whole person in the context of their life story, personality, and behavior.

Our guiding principle is that exceptional treatment relationships – those that couple a warm, empathic approach with evidence based practice – are key to patient success and healing. Through a hybrid approach of both in-person and telehealth, we are positioned to deliver personalized care with a human touch and knowledge of local resources, while also harnessing the flexibility of remote practice.

Our approach to psychopharmacology is conservative and evidence-based. We believe in using the fewest medications at the lowest doses necessary to achieve desired results.
