This is a psychotherapy appointment with or without medication management.

This appointment is medication management only. These appointments are granted in select circumstances.

This is for patients and providers seeking a one-time consultation regarding diagnosis and management. A full written report is included. Single consultations are scheduled at the request of both patient and treating physician, once treatment records have been received.
